ePoints FAQ

The Advantech IoTMart ePoints Program is a loyalty initiative designed to reward our valued customers. By purchasing IoT products and solutions, customers accumulate ePoints which can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive perks, including discount vouchers and premium gifts.

How to Earn ePoints
1. Membership Registration 


Begin your journey by successfully registering for an account at the Advantech IoTMart.

2. Qualifying Purchases

Once registered, proceed to make purchases through IoTMart. ePoints will automatically calculated based on your transaction amount.

3. Point Accrual

For every KRW 13,000 spent (calculated on the net amount after discounts, shipping fees, and taxes), you will earn 1 ePoint. ePoints are credited to your account within the successful delivery of your order.

Earning Mechanics

Will I still earn ePoints for these items as a guest?

Yes, but account association is required prior to checkout. While you may browse and add items to your cart as a guest, our platform requires all users to log in or register to complete the transaction. 
Once you log in to proceed with payment, the system will automatically associate the order with your registered account and accrue the corresponding points.

Do shipping fees and taxes count towards my ePoints accrual?

No. ePoints are calculated strictly based on the Net Product Value of your order. Ancillary charges—including Value Added Tax (VAT), shipping fees, customs duties, and administrative handling charges—are excluded from the point accrual calculation.

When will my ePoints be credited to my account?

To ensure transaction validity, ePoints are automatically credited to your account once the Standard Inspection Period has expired following the receipt of your order. As this timeframe varies by region, points will be issued only after the order is deemed final and closed.

Do my ePoints expire?

No. Standard ePoints are permanently valid and do not carry an expiration date. You may accumulate them indefinitely and redeem rewards at your own convenience.

Redemption & Usage

Can I use ePoints to directly deduct the value from my order?

No, ePoints cannot be directly applied as a cash deduction against the total order value. Instead, the program operates on a Redemption Model, where points can be exchanged for Discount Coupons (redeemable on future orders) or exclusive Physical & Virtual Rewards curated by the IoTMart team.

Can I apply multiple coupons to a single order?

No. To maintain fair pricing standards, our system enforces a "Single Coupon Policy" per transaction. Coupon stacking is not permitted. We recommend reviewing your available coupons and selecting the single voucher that offers the maximal value for your specific purchase volume.

How are redeemed gifts shipped?

Physical Gifts:
To optimize logistical efficiency, physical gifts operate on a "Consolidated Shipment" basis. They must be shipped concurrently with a standard product order and cannot be dispatched separately. Please redeem your gift prior to placing a new product order to ensure inclusion in the same shipment.

Virtual Rewards: 
There are no shipping restrictions for digital items. Upon redemption, the IoTMart Service Team (iotmart.kr@advantech.com) will contact you directly to facilitate the secure handover or activation process.

Support & Troubleshooting

What should I do if my points have not appeared after the Standard Inspection Period?

If your points have not been credited following the expiration of the applicable Standard Inspection Period for your region, please first verify that your order remains valid and was not subject to cancellation. If the order status is correct, kindly contact our Support Team (iotmart.kr@advantech.com) with your Order Number. We will perform a manual verification of the transaction log to resolve the discrepancy.

What happens if I forget to add my redeemed gift to my cart?

Due to our strict Consolidated Shipment policy, we are unable to dispatch gifts as standalone shipments. If you omitted the gift from your current order, rest assured that the redeemed item remains valid in your account. You may simply include it with your next product purchase for delivery.

Can I return or exchange a redeemed gift or coupon?

All redemptions are considered Final Transactions. Once points are exchanged, coupons and gifts are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Exceptions are granted solely for physical gifts verified to be Defective on Arrival (DOA) or functionally impaired. In such rare instances, please contact the IoTMart Service Team (iotmart.kr@advantech.com) for exception handling.

Terms & Conditions

Non-Transferability: ePoints are strictly associated with the account holder. They may not be transferred to other accounts, pooled, or exchanged for cash, credit, or monetary profit under any circumstances.
Fraud Prevention: Advantech IoTMart enforces rigorous protocols to prevent program abuse. Any account identified as engaging in fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or abuse of the rewards mechanism will be subject to immediate account restriction or suspension.
Program Modification: Advantech IoTMart reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the ePoints Program at its sole discretion. While we endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes, we reserve the right to act without prior notice if necessary.
Final Sale Policy: All redemptions of gifts and coupons are final. Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the item is proven to be defective upon receipt.
